Word Clouds

Word clouds create images that depict the frequency of the word. The more times a word is entered, the larger it appears on the "word cloud."It is a great way to show students statistics without using numbers and percentages. 

In the examples below, students wrote down issues that they or someone they knew were going through. Their responses were then categorized and entered in Wordle. The activity was personal to the class and allowed students to recognize the many issues their peers face.
